In his debut solo album, Jason Kui brings the squeals, stabby syncopated rhythms and a whole lot of speed picking to provide 33 minutes of music that constantly spins the wheel of genre fortune.

Jason says “Guitar music has been a huge influence on my life. I always wanted to create my own larger body of work. So, this is it, pure guitar which is diverse and colorful ”.

The Eastern rhythms and soundscapes of “Dance of Awakening (The Spirit)”, the guest spot from Josh Smith on “Now! You! Know! and the tech-metal inspired “Squeaky Switch” are just some of the standout highlights of this ever shifting record.
